Who we are

This website (the "Site") sells the digital ebook "The Gold Prospector's Bible" and is operated by Mysteries Group LLC ("we", "us"), the company behind The Gold Claim YouTube channel.

What we collect

Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and shares with us your name, email address and order information. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Email address. We use it to deliver your PDF and send your receipt. If you ask for the free chapter or buy the book, we also send you a short series of follow-up emails about prospecting: for free-chapter readers it includes an offer for the full book, and for buyers it may include one offer for a related guide from the same publisher. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the Site.

What we do with it

Deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds, and send you the follow-up emails described above, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to mysteriesmediallc@gmail.com. If you are a California resident, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA through the same address.

Cookies

The Site itself does not set advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, clicks on the buy button and free-chapter sign-ups). It sets cookies and collects usage data that does not identify you by name; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Payment pages hosted by Stripe may use cookies necessary for fraud prevention and checkout.
